What is the BackerKit pledge manager?
A few weeks after the Kickstarter is over, backers will receive a link inviting them to their pledge survey on BackerKit, a website that will allow them to add on items and pay for shipping, add-ons, etc. It functions much like a web store with photos and descriptions of each item. You can enter your address and edit it before we ship the project. Nearly all large Kickstarter projects use a pledge manager as they greatly help organize, track, and fulfill orders.

If I pledge “No Reward”, can I upgrade my pledge in the pledge manager and/or access the add-ons?
If you pledge “No Reward,” you will have the option to upgrade your pledge in the BackerKit Pledge Manager. Maintaining your “No Reward” tier, however, will not give you access to backer priced add-ons or any exclusives.

What is the difference between the BackerKit backer add-on store and the BackerKit Pre-order Store?
The backer add-on store has backer discounted add-ons and exclusive items available only to backers. This is what backers will receive access to add on items to their pledge and pay for shipping. The Pre-order Store opens a few weeks after the campaign to those that may have missed the campaign, but items are available only at the retail price, and exclusives are excluded.

Can I add items now to my pledge?
Add-ons are only active during the post-campaign add-on store through BackerKit. If you would like to add money towards these items and towards shipping, you may manually add an additional amount of funds to your pledge via Kickstarter while the campaign is live.

How are the dice sets composed?
The pledge levels feature “Cowboy Bebop TRPG - Dice Set.” If we unlock more dice set designs, you’ll be able to choose the design of each dice set included in your pledge after the campaign in the Pledge Manager.
Each set of dice has a single design, and it is not possible to have different designs in a single set.
example: Spike Spiegel Dice Set = 9 x Spike Spiegel Design dice

Absolutely, you can choose your own set of dice from those already available by default and those that will be unlocked during the course of the campaign.

Can I change the rewards in my pledge level?
No, pledge level rewards cannot be changed, if you wish to add more books, playmats, data sets, chips etc., you can do so by means of the add-on.

What is the game system of Cowboy Bebop TTRPG based on?
Cowboy Bebop TTRPG uses an original system made to enhance the series’ mood&feel while replicating the anime’s visual-descriptive approach.
The game’s how-not-what defines characters by their way of doing things more than their skill, which brings the players to better shape their characters’ style.
The system works on d6-dice pools where more dice imply more personal involvement: if they want to accomplish the best, they must be willing to pay the price and show themselves through their actions.
As Cowboy Bebop requires, the characters are not young rookies but hardened bounty hunters with a haunting past that will go into action because of money but will make decisions to show themselves. Failure is not a punishment but a different angle to show their soul.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
